Ggaba is the departure area to discuss with the reservations team. Request the exact meeting-point pin, departure time, luggage guidance and return arrangements before travelling. Do not arrive expecting an unconfirmed sailing.

Scheduled or private transfers

Ask which scheduled and private options are operating on your dates, their prices and whether transfers are included in your stay. Sailings depend on confirmed arrangements and suitable conditions.

Arrive by road

Ask for the current driving route and resort entrance pin for Mpatta Peninsula. Share them with your driver in advance; road and boat arrival times are not interchangeable.

Flying into Uganda

Share your flight arrival time and whether you need onward transport from Entebbe. Allow the reservations team to coordinate an appropriate arrival plan; confirm any late-arrival arrangements before booking transport.

Before you travel

Can you accommodate access needs?

Can we visit for swimming or dining only?

Request a day visit and confirm pool access, meals, activities and current charges in advance. An overnight stay is not required for every arrangement.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Request the applicable deposit, accepted payment methods, cancellation deadlines and refund terms in writing before paying.

Is an enquiry a confirmed reservation?

No. Availability and rates are confirmed by the team, followed by the agreed payment and written reservation confirmation.

Meet your arranged transfer at Beach House Ggaba, beside Kampala University. The crossing takes 5–15 minutes, depending on the boat.

Approach through Mukono and Katosi Road towards Mpatta Peninsula. Ask reservations for the current route and entrance pin before setting off.
